Bio
Deanna Won is the Founder of Keynotes to Life, LLC. She is a Speaker, Author, Leadership Consultant, and Holistic Health Coach who inspires people to reach their highest potential through integrating leadership principles with purposeful and healthy living.
Deanna is a former Air Force Colonel and physicist of over 26 years. At the height of her career, she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Her condition deteriorated to the point where she was admitted into hospice care on oxygen, and was given four weeks to live. Miraculously, she recovered through an integrative medical and holistic approach. As a result, she has a strong passion to provide help to those who seek to heal in mind, body, and spirit and lead a life of purpose.
She is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy in 1988, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Physics. She also received an Associate of Arts in Music, a Master of Science in Administration, and a Master of Military Operational Art and Science. Additionally, she studied piano performance at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and the Eastman School of Music.
She taught as a nationally-certified fitness instructor for over 8 years and is currently a Certified Holistic Health Coach, having graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is also a Certified Health Minister for the Hallelujah Diet and is trained in live blood microscopy.
Deanna’s leadership scenarios have been used at the Stanford Graduate School of Business Leadership in Focus training. She speaks at medical schools in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area to include Georgetown University, enabling the next generation of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and physician assistants towards earlier diagnosis of ovarian cancer at its most treatable stages. She also serves on the Department of Defense Ovarian Cancer Research Program Scientific Peer Review Panel, impacting program policy, investment strategy, and research focus that affects treatment approaches for over 21,000 women annually.
