About Hema

Hema Vyas is BSc (Hons), one of London’s most prestigious psychologists, hypnotherapists and spiritual mentors. She comes from a long lineage of Vaidyas (Ayurvedic doctors) and is a renowned speaker in the fields of human consciousness, spirituality, health, energy medicine and the science of Ayurveda. At the core of her work is an understanding of the significance of the heart.

Hema has over 26 years in private practice guiding growth for individuals, groups and organisations. Described as a ‘seer’ in a modern context, Hema merges her intuitive ability to read heart energy with extensive academic studies rooted in Eastern and Western philosophies. Her approach synthesises psychological and spiritual insight, heart-based wisdom, Kundalini yoga and meditation expertise. Hema is the founder of a healing system designed to connect the energy of the heart.

More recently Hema has spoken at The Hague, as well as The Women’s Economic Forum, The Acupuncture Society, Vibrantly African Wellness, Ham Yard Hotel, The Best You Expo events (ExCel and LA), Just Be Holistic Centre, Future Foundation and World Trade Centre UAE, Soho House, The Conduit,  London’s Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, Mind, Body, Spirit Wellbeing Festival, and the Conscious Living and Working Conference in Dublin.

Hema has created and leads international programs workshops and events that align and restore the heart, mind, and body. Her signature ‘Heart Renaissance - Path to Prosperity’ experience in Kerala, the home of Ayurveda, celebrates its 10th anniversary in January 2020.

Many attendees have reached a high level of self-awareness and are consciously creating success, love and fulfilment -  yet they return time and time again to the fertile space of the retreat where what what could be months or even lifetimes of deeper unseen blocks can be resolved and released in a sacred space.

Hema's vision is to see true prosperity encompassing what she terms the five pillars, health, wealth, love, purpose and passion, for all.
