Unlock your ambition and take your life to the next level

I know a lot about civil service and construction. Growing up in Detroit, where the assembly line was king, my father worked building cars for Chrysler. In 1986, I was inspired by the work of the US Army Corps of Engineers, one of the largest engineering and construction organizations in the world and started my career there (my father dissuaded me from my dreams of a singing career)I was quickly promoted through the ranks from GS4 to GS13. Now a Civil Engineering Technician who has lived and worked in the US, Europe, and the Middle East, I am still honored to be part of an organization that impacts lives throughout the U.S. and the world.

Along my path, I have mentored many people who could benefit from the skills I gained in my career. And I have begun to think in terms of my own internal framework and that of my clients. I am a wealth of knowledge on topics like how to adapt to living overseas, how to craft personal values to live by, how to break through limiting beliefs and create new empowering ones, how to identify realistic goals and create strategies to meet them, how to build relationships, and how to step out of your comfort zone to achieve success. I have done all these things myself.

I attained the Self-Actualized Coach and Mentor certification from the Rayner Institute in 2015, and received my Associate Certified Coach (ACC), credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Currently, I am completing Life Coaching training at the iNLP Center, which includes NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner training and certification. Additionally, I offer my services to volunteers working with refugees through CoachActivism, where I provide support on how to help traumatized populations and navigate cross-cultural differences. Personality assessments reflect that I am altruistic and well-rounded, matching a type highly suited to be of service to others.

As a professional life coach, I help professional women who are in a career transition to redefine who they are, change their mindset, and tap into their strengths to realize their goals. Through my willingness to embrace change, I have gained invaluable knowledge and experience which has enriched my life. I greatly enjoy talking to clients about where they are, what they want to achieve, and identifying what prevents them from moving forward – then building a foundation for creating a new life of satisfaction and service.
