My intuitive and empathic gifts of deep listening and feeling, together with a healing touch, are a comfort to others. My gifts and techniques whether alternative or traditional, support and empower others to make peace and bring balance to body, mind, and spirit. Our bodies have an innate ability to heal itself and if we “claim’ that healing, good health and the ability to enjoy life can be experienced.

I am trained in and practice Emotional Freedom Techniques also known as EFT Tapping, Massage Therapy, Reiki, Lymphatic Detoxing, Cranial Sacral, Energy Balancing, Young Living Raindrop and Vitaflex techniques. I have also studied and trained in the Shaman and spiritual healing arts, and other integrative energy techniques. Essential oils and aromatherapy are incorporated into my sessions.

When we work together it is important that we both put forth the intention of wellness.  When you claim your right to good health and we work with that intention of wellness, your body can respond in miraculous ways to heal itself - for it has that power.
