Help Each Other

Reach out to help and for help.

In our busy lives, we can sometimes get wrapped up in our own issues. We may feel lonely, or as if no one cares. It is at those times where we need to reach out for help, as well as, to help others. When we are feeling burdened with challenges, we can ask for help. We can reach out to family or friends to help us, even if it’s just a listening ear. Knowing we are having difficulties, let’s us know others are also having them.

We can reach out to help others, which in turn helps us. Sometimes we don’t realize we need help, and we don’t realize others need help, unless we ask. This is cultivating more connectedness, along with compassion. It is in helping and sharing both our gifts and our troubles that we can learn, heal, transform and awaken.

We are not meant to do it all alone, which is why we are all here. We may need to do our own healing, learning and growth, but we are also intended to work together in this lifetime. We are here to support each other, while learning our own lessons for our soul’s growth.

Recently, a friend came over to help me do, what turned out to be very powerful releasing and healing, before the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in February. I have worked with my own services I use to help others heal themselves, and I reach out to others, for in combining our energies is very helpful, as someone else may help in a way we hadn’t yet imagined, or bring up an issue we hadn’t realized we were carrying. I awoke the next day, on Eclipse day, feeling lighter, more joyful and freer than I had in awhile.  It was time for me to release what was bubbling within me. I receive feedback in similar ways from those who use my services. This is what helping others and reaching out for help is all about. Whether it is something small, or a major release, healing, awakening and/or transformation…we are meant to help each other.

Yes, we need to help ourselves first, like the old saying “Put your air mask on, before helping someone else.” As the stronger we are, the more equipped we are to help another. Each of us can take that first step in asking for help, which lets others know it is okay to ask for help, so we can create healthier, more loving and compassionate relationships with each other and ourselves to continue to learn, heal & grow. Thus, we can create more harmony, balance and unity in sharing and helping to bring more love into the world.

I’d be honored to help you “Awaken a more brilliant version of you™”.
