Summer Greetings to you!
Something happens to us and we internalize the pain of that trauma.
We hold onto to it… we don’t know what else to do with it.
We’ve watched our parents, grandparents, siblings, and teachers around us do the same internalizing.
We take it in just like they did.
And then what?
Do we leave it to set and fester into a bigger wound – into resentment, anger, and bitterness?
Do we become so accustomed to stuffing our stress that we become hyper-vigilant, always on the lookout for a threat?
Or do we stop and resolve our hurts?
One of the biggest lessons in life is letting go – of anger or betrayal, guilt or shame, longing or loss.
Change is rarely easy, but it is inevitable.
We fight to hold on and we have difficulty letting go.
Do you feel like you have held onto your pain for so long that you have forgotten how to let go?
Have you asked, “How can I let go of the grip when I’ve gripped for so long, I don’t know what muscles to release?”
I understand. I’ve been there.
And I found my way through.
Let’s talk. You can schedule a free introductory conversation with me at the link below.
As a person in recovery from chronic pain, it took me a while to let go of the suffering I endured at the hands of these taskmasters: chronic pain and addiction.
I saw that in my experience with the stress of chronic pain, I had wrapped myself up in a tightly coiled spring of tension.
In my recovery, I have felt the release of one bit of tension after another – bits that I had held onto for so long that I had forgotten that I was holding onto anything at all.
I wasn’t exactly sure where the magic button was inside me to release these old hurts, but I made the commitment to my healing, with an open mind, willingness, and honesty.
With the help of some powerful tools, I finally let go.
Sweet relief!
Looking for your own pressure-release valve to let go of the stresses and strains you’ve been carrying?
I’ve not only witnessed but used to great effect technology that can get you there.
I have been so impressed, so transformed by this work, that I offer it now to you.
I did more than a test drive. I incorporated it into my lifestyle.
