She is deeply passionate about creating sacred space to bring balance to the body-mind-soul.

Divine J9 was initiated in the healing traditions of the Amazon and the Andes at the Light Body School of The Four Winds Society, the world's most renowned school of energy medicine ("the Harvard of neo-shamanism" -Harper's Bazaar), founded by Dr. Alberto Villoldo. Additionally, she studied African, Central American, and Native American shamanism, and studied meditation with monks and masters across Asia and North America.

Divine J9 originally began her alternative medicine practice as a certified Reiki master practitioner and a student of nutrition for more than a decade. Diving deep into the world of metaphysics, she studied various ancient healing modalities from Asia with New York Times best-selling author and master healer Deborah King.

Divine J9 is a certified shamanic energy medicine practitioner, certified Reiki master practitioner, certified professional speaker, ordained minister, and certified officiant. She also holds honorary doctorate degrees in Metaphysics (Dr.Mph.) and Divinity (D.D.).
