I fight for my existence every day,
in ways many people could never understand.
I am most often tired, but I am far from lazy.
On the outside, I may appear haggard, but I am incredibly beautiful.
My gait may sometimes appear weak, but I am a fierce and mighty warrior.
I’m am far from perfect and have much more to learn, but I remind myself as I’m gifted a new day, that I am a love-filled soul, powered by light, and I am a miracle.
