Think back to a time when you felt rejected. Unwanted. Unloved. Allow your body to feel those emotions again. Breathe through those emotions. Honor them and visually see yourself pulling your energy back from that time; back from that moment. Telling those involved that they no longer validate you and that you are taking your power back. The key is to FEEL and BREATHE as you do this exercise.
