They may have made you feel unworthy as a child and you held on to that feeling. That feeling became a belief. I want to remind you, that you can change that belief at any time. You do not have to prove anything to anyone. However, you must decide that you are worth it and begin to embrace that feeling. You are worthy and deserving because you exist.
